    ... good. All that traffic jam business comes from new safety rules introduced after a truck collision in 2001 with 11 fatalities mainly from smoke inhalation.     ... as attractive as you might think, and there were plenty of girls on the shore laying out. So no, we did not meet many people during our row boat experience on the lake. But we did pick up a decent tan and a workout.
