The Four Seasons has worked out well for us. Yeah, the best part is the pool, but the rooms are more than adequate, the staff is nice and the food is decent and easy.

Liam: Our hotel in Pamukkale was the best we had stayed in to date. The Dort Mevism (Four Seasons in English, but not as fancy as the proper chain) was the cheapest place yet but awesome value with a huge room, very welcoming staff and even had a swimming pool, which was a luxury we hadn't indulged in yet. Getting there after our bus from Selcuk …

It also has a very fizzy nature (because of the high level of radioactivity?), so we had tonnes of tiny aerated bubbles forming all over our skin. We bumped into our Aussie friends again at the pool, so we floated around with them for an hour or so, joking that it was like swimming in a pool of Schweppes effervescence!! The water was so clear, and the depth very deceptive. Mikey couldn't even dive down and touch the bottom. A ...
