... was encompassed by tall trees which sheltered you and made you feel you were in the middle of nowhere, despite it being in the large city. It was recommended that I try a bread which then had the infamous paste of black beans on, topped with like an omelette egg and optional spicy tomatoe sauce, which was not that spicy! ... we have talks or lectures on a specific topic: today's talk was about the health care system. All workers pay a mandatory 9% of their salary towards their health and pension plan. Same issue as with ours : long waiting times. Big difference is that their plan includes dental work and medicine. Our guide, Esteban, is excellent.

... an hour all day. no wonder all the restaurants were dead!
