... was outrageous, sooooo many trucks and of course everything travelling very quickly. It was most tiring for John as the driver. The closer we got to Milan the worse it got, anyway, we survived. Luckily the road basically bypasses Milan and we were soon in Como.

Abby and I left for Bergamo early on Saturday morning (4 am from our house exactly). We took a taxi to the airport. Once at the airport, we sat there for over an hour with nothing to do because apparently nothing in the Valencia airport is open that early. We hopped on a Ryanair flight and we were off. La Scala it isnt but it was free and did it for me.

Next up we get to see the "Open Policy" of the EU a work as we come across a queue of newly arrived immigrants queueing around the block of some goverment building, we cant work out if it's a soup kitchen, dole queue or if the Romanian Beggars Union are having a seminar. jokes aside , it's grim and not a happy sight
