... which is the best part of 2 hours turns out to be one of the best experiences of the trip so far. The horses are fairly placid and know the route like the back of their hands but that's not to say it ever becomes boring. The track goes up, down, around and through swamps and rivers all against the Andean backdrop. We then tried a wine that had been in a barrel for 6 months and then the finished product when it was bottled and ready for distribution. The difference is huge, I am not a fan of red wine but the finished product was quite nice, but I couldn't drink a lot of it.
