Altes Museum - a wonderful collection of Greek and Roman art, including sculpture (e.g. the famous "praying boy"), jewellery, coins and artefacts. My favourite was a large glass amphora (urn for wine), made in 150 BC. This pre-dates the technique of glass blowing. It is incredible to see such a beautiful but fragile object that is > 2000 years old. It would look even more beautiful filled with red ...

... change to the car clogged roads of Melbourne.

The Hotel room we are staying in at the Arte Luise Kunsthotel is amazing! At night it has UV lights which glow, and illuminates a display of letter which are supposed to put you into a meditative state. That with the Absinthe and yeh, it seemed to work haha!

Some highlights for today for me were exploring some of the more edgy parts of Berlin by foot, checking out the amazing all vegan supermarket ...
