... and catch up on the day. We enjoy probably one too many drinks, and have a grand old time of it. It really is a funny couple of hours having a couple of drinks, tapas, singing and sharing jokes. We have become a close knot foursome over these past weeks. I feel they (Bert and Tony) are like brothers, good friends, and I feel relaxed and enjoy their company. ... while, we too headed back onto the camino and on the other side of the town we met a local farmer coming back into town with freshly picked strawberries. He stopped us and offered us to take some to eat now, no cost, just friendliness toward the pilgrims. They were the best strawberries I have tasted. ... heart attack. We can't remember what she said, but it was enough for us to have a pause in our heart beats and think we're not going to make it. Dad said he aged about 10 years on this trip with all the stress.

We finally reached Fatima right when the sun was going down, found our hotel easily, and checked in. The hotel had a restaurant downstairs, so we ate there. They had really good food, and they both said it was the best dinner they've had yet!

... century! It's full of antique furniture, tapestries and religious paintings and doubles as a museum. Tomorrow we get a guided tour. Wifi was available in the lobby. Tonight we were treated to a free concert of Gregorian singing. A choir of maybe 20 sang in one of the courtyards surrounded by stone corridors and 3 floors of buildings on each side.
