... also found a Farmazia for stuff but the fish oils are rare and very expensive here. We eventually had a very hot, very long walk home. The heat challenged both of us but I have a cough and it was a struggle. Cool down and now Craig is watching the Tour du France as they are cycling where he and Terry went cycling.

... the children wolfed it down and raved about how good it was so they are definitely over eating out and/or on the run!! Boys spent the afternoon tree surfing while Gran and I caught up on some washing, it always feels great when you have a case full of clean clothes when you are traveling.
Spritz in the local piazza with enough nibbles - that always accompany pre-dinner drinks- to feed a small family!! casual walk through town before selecting the nights dinner venue. So not looking forward to cooking when I get home!!
