... to find out what would happen if they wrapped in the gears. I pulled over to tie and tuck them in; no issue but was at the end of the group as I needed to catch up. I also noticed that the sun was strong and the trail was hard to see the hazards as the early morning had the sun right in our eyes. The hotel is in a good location and our room is great. For those who haven't seen the movie or don't know anything about Bruges, it is an 11th century Gothic city with canals and full of tourist attractions. Also it doesn't cover a large area so can be covered on foot. No hop on hop off bus here. We walk into the central part for dinner. We find a nice spot giving us a great view of Markt Square. There is much activity including the carilloneur playing music in the Belfry. ...

... to the wind rather than movement from plate to mouth! The prospect of walking 1 hour into town in the rain and wind did not quicken our hearts with joy especially having just one poncho between us! We strained to hear the announcement above the wind and rain, but finally, after the Italian, Spanish, German and French came the English, "It rains outside, you maybe need ze jacket, no!".
