... there, Sabine rang Paul to say she had a flat tyre on her bike, so she had to walk the last seven kilometres home!
Later we drove into Druten for dinner at Paul and Sabines. They live in an apartment complex. Dinner was a combination of finger foods, all very nice, and lots of wine! ... able to get out of the car and enjoy this unique part of Holland. Ella was soooo right and we are sooo glad we didn't miss this. Marken is just like toy town. Gorgeous little houses, roads barely wide enough for a car and bikes, bikes, bikes everywhere. Water views from every property and boats, boats and boats! A sailors paradise. It was now time for part 2 of the tour and Olav, Raelene and I headed into Utrecht while Kim caught up on sleep and planned to meet us in there later.
