Tonight we will work backwards, from night to morning. We finished our evening with a lovely walk over Charles Bridge and through Mala Strana. We hadn't been out at night much, and as you can see, Prague is beautiful at night. ... big in Europe... and if you do find them, they cost money. We couldn't even find a pay toilet anywhere near where we were in the Old Town, so our option was... pay for something in a bar and use the toilet there... or take the tram all the way back to the hostel, which probably meant our night was over (it costs money to use the tram, and it's a good half hour journey when you count in the time spent waiting for the tram plus riding ...

... had to make an emergency dash to the local Westfield to stock up on winter gear, in light of the plummeting temperatures and imminent snowfall, and a new camera, in light of the one I broke last week (and still have no recollection of). On the way to Heathrow we dropped Leticia at Bobby's for him to take care of, trusting that he would keep her well fed and let her out for some exercise to work off the calories from time to time.
