Day 110, a train ride back home

... and found some breakfast. Paul gobbled down a hamburger and chips - must have been craving some fatty greasy meat after a week of healthy vegetarian eating! We Caught the train to the border via Prague. We switched trains in Decin and headed straight into Berlin via Dresden. All up the journey took about 11 hours on the train. And most of the movies were in English with Czech subtitles. We decided to see the end of the world and went to buy our tickets. In the evening I go for a quick walk into town and realise that the hostel is a fair way outside the centre; that there are a lot of bars and almost all of them are near empty. Gambling / slot machines are heavily advertised with many bar windows being obscured by them. Curiously there was also a laundry bar; seems like a great idea if they really do have washing machines.

Day 15: Today we continued on our travels and we crossed the border into Czech Republic and today we are going to Brno. When we got there we went to Brno Technical Museum. It was a nice museum and we learnt a lot. We really enjoyed ourselves. After lunch we went to Brno Zoo. It was a nice zoo and we saw Giraffes, Zebra's, Tigers and Seals and many other animals.
