Back in Bali...
We decided to stay in the "surfer" area in Bali for this second stint so I could try my hand at riding the waves. Our hotel was a bit off the beaten path and it took some time to walk to the beach, especially as Legion is a maze!! We ended up on a dead end in some other resort, but saw some Aussies heading out... instinct …
Back to Kuta
... have to stop a night in KL and fly the next day. A Chinese woman especially went mental, her knowledge of English swear words was quite impressive though! We eventually got to the front expecting the worst only to find out we were on the flight only because Jade rang the night before and sorted it! It turned out everyone else didn't even know their flight was cancelled until they arrived at the airport. Very happy with our work we checked in and made our way to Phuket, ...
The hangover day

Myself, I have to admit that except the commercial part, people are
extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. People are smiling, are
relaxed and this makes a big part of the fun of being here. I just
played pool with Putu who is one of the guys who work in my hotel.
He's always trying to make things easier. So if you come to Bali,
that's something worth knowing : KINDNESS EXISTS.

The views from the top were spectacular, you could see all over Bali to Java and Sumatra. Loads of volcanos. One of the best (and hardest) sunrises of the trip. Beach!
... tattoos, boards, bintang, bikes, water, food and underage sex. The life guards are content. The sky is clear and blue. A cool breeze runs through the palms leaves and I am relaxed.
