... Gandaria. According to the people in Ambon it is only found in Ambon, but according to the internet it is found throughout Indonesia and Thailand. However, a fun fact that was true is that Ambon's dry season is from October to April, which is the opposite as the rest of Indonesia, which is from May till September. This is supported by the internet.

... decided that i would take the ferry back to Ambon on the 7th and then get a flight elsewhere from there, so after three nights on Palau Ai took the local boat back to Bandaneira and caught the Kelimutu back to Ambon. This time it left at 7am and arrived in Ambon at 7pm. Checked into the Royal Hotel this time not far from the port which was much nicer than the Asri but more expensive at Rp175,000 for a twin ...

Back for just 1 night.

Left the guest house at 12noon and went to catch a bemo to Ume Putih only to be told that there weren't any running there. Sceptical about this i waited for half an hour or so then decided maybe they were telling the truth so paid Rp25,000 for an ojek to take me there instead. ... the fan on. At 7 pm we had dinner after which we decided to finish a film we had started watching the night before. By 9pm we where both falling asleep when the house opposite started blasting out karaoke.
