Terrible Travellers
A bit of a walk around the property, some breakfast and then onto the bus to Saariselka. Hotel booked and now we're on the hunt for some activities. Dog sledding.... Snowmobiling... Tobogganing....something!! By now you've probably gathered that we are terrible travellers... We don't have that knack of making everything work out and today is no different. Don't throw stones in glass igloos
... and not much else. Granted, we have arrived too late in the season for summer activities and too early in the season for winter activities but still!!! There are pretty much only shops there and if you want to get a photo with Santa it's 25€!!!!!! That is certainly not the Christmas spirit!!! Onto the bus and headed for the igloo village at Kakslauttanen. 300€ to stay in the glass igloo for one night and we are hoping beyond hope that its worth ...
