Rhianwyn in her planning slipped up this time though as we were in town for the flower festival. We were also there for the parade and so enjoyed watching for over an hour before hurrying back to the ship for the next leg. John, being the motivating factor, has lead us to the gym for a 5km run and some weights most days. ...
Then back to the ship for an afternoon on deck in the sun. I did join the dance classes a couple of days ago and am now becoming quite proficient in the tango, cha cha, waltz and quick step. so my new gay fiend and I have partnered up and are having a hoot on the dance floor.

... accepted the fact that we cannot go on eating like this for 3 meals per day so unless we intend on buying an entirely new wardrobe, it;s back to 2 meals per day. We either skip lunch or 2 nights out of 4, we skip dinner. Of course that makes me feel better about attending the "Chocoholics Afternoon Tea". One I couldn't miss. I thought I'd died and gone heaven and all my discipline went out the window.
