    ... was the first time we had worked together to deliver a teaching session. We talked them through, demonstrated and also got them up trying; massage, breathing techniques, relaxation, pelvic tilts, pelvic rocking, use of the birthing ball, abdomen lift, leg dangle, rebozo technique and many more! They now want to book our double act in again next week for staff in the birthing unit! We returned to the hotel feeling very satisfied about a job well ...

    ... cafe we found on our first day and once again were satisfied with good service and even better food this time round. I tried a local dish just because I liked the name 'momos'. These are basically dumplings like you get in Chinese food but the filling is different, a little Nepalese twist and very tasty.     ... hour to run down, unfortunately we didn't think it through and the last group took over 2.5 hours, and of course dinner was not served until they arrived.
