... a pot of Pringles...
They all studiously avoided eye contact and I wondered if we were just an irritation, as they were probably not allowed to listen to music or chat while there were visitors. I hope they can do when they are alone, but I was not convinced.

To me it seemed rude to wander round and stare and take photographs of them and their work without any interaction, so to each one I lingered until the crowd had moved on and touched each one gently on ...

... 1:45 min, and did hot rock therapy, and it was supposed to be an hr massage,....everything was $70,..... Not bad!

I went back to the room to shower, and get the bottles worth of Olive Oil out of my hair (yep, walked all the way back to my room looking like that ��.). Then, began the tedious ordeal of repacking!

Finally, I left , and went to my fav cafe ...

... run as a pretty solid business they take the likes of fruit and store while it ripens further – natural chill, no electricity to run a fridge, very economical.

Lunch was quite a feast and included in the tour, it was at a purpose-built restaurant hollowed into a hill, there were several dining areas and our group of 40+ was made very welcome. We started with lentil soup, choice of tomato and herb stuffed eggplant or white beans, and a choice of mains ...

... tea and dessert, which, as you may expect, was delicious. Amid wonderful ambience and tasty food we got to know our hosts and to learn more of their culture. As the evening came to a close, we exchanged gifts. Fr Tony presented Erol and Ebru with American chocolates in a special historical tin, Sacred Heart shirts, and a framed photo of Pope Francis washing the feet of a Muslim woman.
