      ... trip we all noticed that the milk and cheese had a very...interesting taste. Out of curiosity Lucas asked where the milk and cheese came from and we were disturbingly told it comes from yak.... that's right, yak. I mean it's not bad, but has a very interesting taste.       ... soon to their country to keep the momentum going. It was another very emotional moment! I went back to Suchana then and showed the team how we repair tears, with a continuous suturing method. Suchana was delightful, relaxed and totally confident in my abilities. It was an easy quick repair and it wasn't long before it was completed, we could then leave the new family together again.       ... next week, and we have be invited to attend....it will be in English too! So after a fairly full day, we are currently resting and writing. We're meeting again in about 30 mins for dinner. Almost forgot to mention that we were sitting in the hotel restaurant last night enjoying a cup of tea (I've got used to it now), when a rat ran across the room!! I moved very quickly!! Seems they are very common and no one is bothered about them...something else I've got to get used ...
