... we move on. At this point we aren't sure of our next destination before we meet up with Tash and Glen in Switzerland for Christmas (Yaaaaay!) so we have about twenty days to kill in the mean time...isn't that a wonderful problem to have? :) καληνύ 67;τα (Greek is a really hard language to learn!) ... of the fortress, even though in ruins, continue to be impressive. The castle of Methoni occupies the whole area of the headland and is protected by the sea on its three sides. A deep moat separates the castle from the land and a wooden bridge is used to reach the castle.
