When we arrive at the Angawadi Centre in Kalanaur panchat after a two-hour drive from Patna in Bihar, India, we see that there is a school class going on in the small building along the road. It is a daily routine for Mrs Pramila Sinha, Angawadi worker here already for ten years. From 10:00 to 14:00 3-5 year old girls and boys get pre-school education. After school they are getting food, with a different menu every day.
