... Unfortunately we were introduced to them during orientation week and can't stop ordering them now! I'm also addicted to their iced coffee which was even better when I figured out how to say skim milk! They put a little bit of cinnamon on top and it is just fantastic. They have some Dominican food and some American food so it's great for when I want a break from rice and beans!

... would stay off her injured ankle, and it also left the entire afternoon free for fun and games with a crowd of excited, energetic children.
The afternoon was filled with soccer and basketball, an ipad introduction, necklace and bracelet making, crayons and drawing paper, and hundreds of photographs. And for a few of the team members, it was a time to reconnect with friends they had made during the 2011 DR trip. ...

A trip to Samana

... These caves were the caves that the indeginous people from the Dominican Republic lived in millions of years ago. There were still drawings on the walls of the caves that the indeginous people had drew while living there. There were also signatures from 1930 of people that had visited the caves previously. I really enjoyed being able to witness such beautiful artifacts and land marks.
Later that evening we stayed over night at a beautiful hotel where the ...
