Loved you paris but looking forward to Singapore. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi at our hotel the service was amazing. (Grand Hyatt booked through one of those deal websites). We got there at 8am Singapore time. Check in is usually 2pm. We said we had just got off a long 12 hour flight & was there anyway we could check in earlier to freshen up etc... They said the earliest would be 9am so took us up to their lounge on the 20th ...

... a park you feel as safe as anything. This is an unusual feeling but a very welcome one! We arrived at the old white colonial Raffles hotel and went straight upstairs to the long bar. As we walked in we ordered two Singapore slings (when in Rome...) and sat down at our table.
