... we will take the midnight flight to Lima. While waiting, mom and I went "out" for dinner at a Cuban restaurant. We ate yuca, fried chicken, fried fish, spanish rice and plantains. The food was only ok but for the taste the price should be lower.
During the plane ride I like sitting by the window and seeing the view when we are in the clouds I took two pictures.

Winds up to 70 mph and sheets of rain, raining sideways, we could not see where we were going, so Kenny with Matt's help found a few large semi trucks that where parked together, to hid behind as a buffer to the wind. I feel extremely lucky to be chosen to go on this adventure with a wonderful group of people. From the beginning, we've laughed, shared our lives, and bonded with one another. I'm excited to see what the next 4 weeks with this group brings!
