... Bay Aquarium. We made it through the whole place plus had a behind-the-scenes tour of where and how they rehabilitate sea otters. Very fun. Random fact of the day: sea otters' fur has 1000 hairs per square inch. The aquarium is well worth the visit!

This is a day that is truly better expressed with pictures than words. Enjoy!

... and hang the items on the cothesline over the bath - seeing we'll be here 2 nights, they'll surely dry. Dinner at a special fresh-produce restaurant. Although all the food produced was vegetarian, it was very tasty, and used very fresh vegetables and herbs from the areas we'd visited earlier today. I was really happy to have a chance to phone Michelle when we got home. She's still having to deal with legal threats from David, unfortunately, but seems to be coping ...

After a good catch up we all went on our way. They drove on to Santa Cruz while we went out in search for dinner. We found a unique restaurant, Bubba Gump, based on the movie Forest Gump. It was a novelty we couldn't resist. We went inside and ordered from the menu which ...
