... to see the multitude of life forms that reside under the water and in our beautiful reefs. We watched the feeding of the penguins & a presentation about the rescue of a baby sea lion which was very touching, the kids in the audience loved it. Since it was Saturday the area was alive with lots of young families with strollers, also teens to retired folks looking to be outside walking and enjoying the day.

... s Salamanca, but on a smaller scale. We then headed to dinner at the Fish Hopper restaurant, which is based on the pier area of Cannery Row. Again, wow! We had a table by the window, overlooking the sea / harbour, where we watched the sun set, drinking delectable Californian wine (which I loved and I am not even a big wine drinker) and a scrumptious gourmet meal. The bonus was that as we waited for that days delivery we found time to have breakfast at the Buena Vista- a really great atmosphere.

... we travelled the length of the Payette
Valley a scenic drive bonded the full way to the Payett River. God, Australians don’t know how much water there is in this country; all trapped for half the
year in reservoirs of snow and then in dams in steep sided canyons. Idaho was once essentially desert until they started irrigating it. Cropping twice a year it’s now a

... it would be nice to watch the sunset. But obviously that meant leaving food cooking in the wild, we can definitely attract animals. We decided to do it anyway and took the remainders of a bottle of wine with us as we watched a spectacular sunset the other side of the hill. It was very romantic aha.

After we returned to our camp site it was time for dinner. After we turned the stove off, Ben then realised that it was necessary for ...
