Rejuvenation Weekend
... some time to relax. On Thursday we went over to Nora's friend Marta's house for dinner. They live in a gorgeous house, and her mom's job is to teach cooking lessons, so she's an amazing cook. She made us appetizers, some gazpacho, an amazing meat and potato dish, and flan. She also made us these amazing mojitos, which were the best thing that I have ever tasted. Update:
I joined my group in Madrid, Spain where my group met our Tour Director Extraordinaire "Richard". We talked and had a welcoming drink. There were people from Australia, USA, Dubai and Canada.
