... but this is the way of the Camino, some associations are fleeting and inspirational while others become lifelong friendships. This is a melting pot of diverse characters and personalities with a kindred spirit. Some people enter the experience with high expectations and others with none only to end up with their lives completely transformed in some way or another and mostly for the good.

... CALLATE CABRONS" (SHUT UP ********) but I decided better against it. Coincidentally, one of the men who was in the same quad as me, had a shouting match with the delightful older woman overseeing the place. She had come up to tell everyone to hurry up and get out before 8, but he decided to pick a fight with her.

... Can't even enjoy the storm properly, because the snoring is drowning it out. There was an old man in the monastery the other night who was snoring, and even without my glasses on I could see he had a serious problem. ... see. So it was plenty of sweet shops, a bakery, some fizzy drinks and then...THEN. Dairy Heaven. We found a yoghurt shop that bases all it's products on fresh milk. FRESH MILK. Can you even believe it. There was a woman greedily (understandably) filling litre bottles of fresh milk from a fountain. I bought a natural yoghurt with melon or something at the bottom, and we went out to eat it on a bridge beside a church. It was divine. Like, heaven sent. ...
