      ... toured the significant Gothic cathedral, followed by a return loop along the tree-lined river promenade. It was a little like a day we would spend coming down to Oakland, or having them come up to St. Helena -- only we were in Spain! So saying good-bye means a few more months than usual.

      ... day. Weather-wise and sight wise. Our first object after breakfast was to see the cathedral. Well, this is very hard to describe in words...we did expect something good, and it is world heritage etc...but it is AMAZING! To put in perspective, I think I felt as awe struck as when seeing St. Peter's in Rome. It is not gaudy - just out of this world - to me! Anyway, all I can do is put up photos.... ...
