... soon as he bit into the fish you should have seen how his face lit up! The fish was really succulent and yummy since it absorbed all the flavours from the thick milky fish broth.The noodle was really al dente as well and it wasn't plain tasting, it was as if the noodle itself was cooked in the broth instead of just plain water.
After a wonderfully filling dinner, we headed back to our hotel to rest for the long day ahead tomorrow where we will be visiting Orchard Road!
