Um 5.00 Uhr in der früh klopfte der Nachtwächter an unsere Tür um uns zu wecken. Denn 45 Minuten später fuhr di e Fähre zurück nach Batangas. Gemütlich tranken wir noch einen Tee und die Fähre machte sich dann mit uns an Board mit nur 30 min Verspätung auf den weg. Das Wetter sollte wieder fabelhaft werden. We are off on our final weekend excursion tomorrow early. We leave at 7am to visit all the VFV placements that we did not work in like the Dumpsite Project, Build a Home project and others. From there we load up for a van/boat ride to an island off the coast of Leyte as our final weekend destination. Not sure what to expect but I'm sure I'll have great stories when we return late tomorrow night.

Today was a really great first day in Dagami and I’m so happy to continue learning more about their health systems. Each day that goes by I literally say prayers for the people I meet and thank my lucky stars for all that we have in the US. Humbling isn’t even a good enough word to explain it.
