... is so big and looks a bit bling. However it is really very very good. I can't fault the quality, the service and the selection of restaurants. I booked this as it has the Water Park and also for tomorrow I booked a 20 minute swim with the dolphins.

We did a quick tour of the facilities and then went for lunch at Kaleidoscope which had a buffet from around the world and it was excellent.

... After 8pm it all opens up with Iftar feasts to break the daily fast.

Tomorrow we will venture into Old Dubai to see the gold and spice souks at the Creek. There's also some pretty cool architecture - massive high rise that would not be lost on Grand Designs. Watch this space for photos as Stephen is just itching to capture some images...
