We arrived in Dubai and 1.00AM in the morning and drove though surprisingly heavy traffic to our hotel, where we fell into bed, intending to sleep for hours but instead were wide awake by 7.30! Our hotel is right on Jumeirah Beach and we have not stayed in this part of Dubai before, but I would absolutely recommend it, as it's clean and very lively.
