Mia has continued to make an amazing recovery. We were moved to a regular room on Tuesday morning. They had her up and walking that day too. Mia is out of surgery and in ICU. We had a good report from the surgeon. In his words, her heart is "normal" now. A little bump in recovery when she had an allergic reaction to some medication they gave her in OR so they had to leave breathing tube in longer than ...
