... or cat. We seem to always have problems finding stray animals when we have food, yet we often see animals walking around unsupervised without a collar; especially cats. Tina's legs were really tired going up the Palamadi Fortress which is 1200 feet. They were already shaky from the walk 2 days ago. Bruce saw it as training because he got challenged to join the Detroit half marathon by his Windsor friends in October. The fortress was spacious with a great view ...

We need to walk 3 blocks east of the boat to the Ktea bus which is public. They are huge buses that a too big for there purpose,
The streets are very narrow in town with cars parked on each side there is just enough room for the bus.

The ride takes 20 min. We ...

We had a great sail for 40 of the 55 miles from Kithnos is. to Hydra is. Anchored in a little bay and next morning went into miniscule and exquiste Hydra harbour. We fluked a berth along the front and stayed a couple of days. No cars or scooters, they use donkeys, asses and mules. We walked, huffing and puffing in the heat amongst the charming houses perched in verticle spots and absorbed the ancient atmosphere. ...
