After a 23 hour journey, with stops in Singapore and Dubai, we arrived in London along with our luggage. Great relief. We were met by our transport and taken to our hotel. I think it's fair to say that we were a little surprised at how smoothly the trip had gone. We were tired but not exhausted. After ...

We then made our way to the Eye which was also quite underwhelming. We did see the guards leading the changing and that was pretty cool to witness first hand. That same night we made our way to the Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park. Hyde Park is absolutely huge, so they have Christmas markets, carnival rides, food stands, and a circus set ...

    ... with Big Ben.

You walk along, and there is a burial stone for people like Charles Darwin, Chaucer, Lewis Carroll, Issac Newton, Livingstone etc etc etc. Then there are other rooms or crypts just off to the ...
