... off so lovely....my Cheney colleagues and friends, my fabulous OSP netball girls, my school/NUAS/Uni/Newcastle friends old and new from all corners of the UK, and my amazing family who have allowed me to use my adventure as a great excuse to get us all together. ... Luckily, my narcoleptic skills kicked in half way through and I managed about an hour's sleep which relieved some of the boredom. Arriving at Heathrow central bus station, we grabbed our bags and Lucy headed straight for the travellator. I decided that my pedometer count on my iPhone had been getting a little low lately, so I opted to walk beside her for the exercise. ... woodlands, past lighthouses and on to Dancing Ledge where daredevil cliff climbers dare to jump! A casual lunch at Durlston Castle with a view back to old Harry Rocks...WOW!

A visit to Russell Cotes art gallery and museum on the cliff top near Bournemouth was also a lovely day. Amazing art exhibits!

... High Cliff, Chris told me to look to the left at one point and asked me if I could see something. I looked to the left at the particular point and saw the something. That something was the entrance up to the High Cliff Castle. The entrance was beautiful, it is definitely somewhere I want to go back to and explore in depth.
