Day 22 - Adelaide City & Zoo by bike

The polar bear enclosure was also awesome - and is currently the only Polar Bear exhibit in all of Australia. As can be expected of bird nuts we spent a few hours just looking at the birds, they were a bit hard to photograph as it was a tad dark due to lots of large shady trees and increasing cloud cover ...
Preperation.
As this was to be my first overseas holiday I really had no idea where to start when it came to preparing for our trip. I was told that Immunization was the number one priority before the holiday. Five weeks before hand I got Hep A and Typhoid, thankfully i was already immune from Hep B so missed out on that one. The wind was still wicked between Blanchtown and Adelaide and it slowed us down a bit, gusting around and blowing me around. The GPS guided us to Helen’s and although we took a wrong road (new bypass that wasn’t yet on our GPS) we still arrived before lunchtime.
