Woke up at 7am early so read Set off at 9am Hit Morro bay cloudy and overcast but would be nice on a sunny day Pismo beach- pretty tacky again nice beach with pier but sun not out yet. What a great day. We enjoyed a Police / CHP escort to the Palo Alto VA Medical Facility. There was a ceremonial send off with some speeches and well wishes from various dignitaries.
