... has an interesting underground parts that have remnants of the original paintings. We then headed into town for some simple but tasty lunch. The plan was to carry on cycling around the lake but some off the ride was on the main road which was narrow and busy so not worth the risk. Today was going to be a busy day so we got up fairly early and headed north to Florence. I had researched and found a huge supermarket with car park next to the tram. All went well we headed into Florence by tram. When in the centre we couldn't believe how big the city was and with only 3 hrs before we needed to head off we panicked and brought a hope on and off tour bus ticket .
