... off my hands! I fry the fish and cook some rice and peas. When the fish is cooked I put it in the toaster oven to keep warm while I fry the onions, garlic, chilli and peppers. The fish is quite meaty like mackerel and it tastes really good. The portion is quite big and I can't finish it but Mike eats all of his. Once we got to the beach there were a fair few dark clouds, it was still hot and sunny but you would lose the sun behind the clouds every few minutes.
