... One chick just lay flat out, exhausted beside it's shell for ages - it looked like I felt after childbirth! I guess exhaustion is relative.
Another display had the chicks that were a few days old and they were standing and running around under the lights and were the usual yellow balls of fluff - gorgeous.
In the lobby area of the stadium behind glass, were the winning quilts. Now quilting is not usually my cup of tea but one of them ...

... could only guess that most of the Riders had already headed for home - some of them having as much as 2000 miles to ride to get home.

Oh well! We rode back to the Hotel so that Dave could tappity tap on the keyboard whilst LJ would be busy doing sommat in the background which would be equally important.
