    ... feet incident and last weeks chafing, I woke up this morning with a rash on both ankles. After consulting with a specialist (Janette knows everything in case you weren't aware) I have been diagnosed with a heat rash (Diid I tell you it was hot?). The soles of the feet are now almost back to normal and the chafing is responding well to treatment. I think Sue will need to get a nice poultice ready when we return to Melbourne.

    ... was saying farewell to her son and preparing to kill herself) Anyway great ovations and Pinkerton received the usual boos for being a cad!

    The rain had held off since lunch time so we had a good walk round the quay to our hotel - know this walk very well now!

    Final full day tomorrow with a seaplane trip in the morning and farewell dinner tomorrow evening and then more packing!
