    ... as American Bald Eagles (me, I just see birds). There must have been 15 or so of them which surprised me somewhat until we were told that the Deputy Sheriff comes out every day and throws chicken and fish scraps out for them. Not exactly the ideal eco situation but it made for a great photo opportunity! In addition to the eagles the meat scraps attract the local foxes even though it the middle of the day.     ... my goodness I feel small next to a whale skeleton. The museum has interactive exhibits so we were able to touch whale teeth and baleen. Here's an interesting fact for you- the sperm whale is the largest of the "teeth" whales and they only have teeth on their bottom jaw.
