... there was a delay because someone didn’t turn up so their bags had to come off! That took about 10 minutes before we could take off. However we weren’t too far behind schedule landing at Sydney at 2.38pm. Border Control wanted to have a word as we ticked stuff on our arrival card (pills and muesli bars) but soon waved us through. Note to self – don’t wear boots with buckles on ……it sets off the scanner!

... isn't that simple. Unfortunately you are then out of time to eat and it's time to get back on the coach. After lunch we travelled on to Pisa. We were shuttled from the coach area down to the square and were approached by dozens of black Africans selling genuine fake watches etc etc. Then in for the customary shots of us all holding up the leaning tower. A short trip then to our hotel for the night with a nice 3 course meal, then off to bed Tomorrow we are off to Florence and ...

We did boot camps in Hyde park, had an impromptu afternoon in a roof top terrace enjoying rum and cokes watching the sunset over the harbour, had a day on a private boat enjoying the harbour and yet more yummy food and champagne, a day exploring the beautiful blue mountains and Jenolan Caves, a night with Moz a friend from home singing Disney songs drinking lots of wine, shopping at the rocks market, a beautiful day in Manly, and a night out on the town in darling harbour.
