Having spent Tuesday cleaning and polishing Eriska to make sure she looks at her best we took a day off yesterday to do a bit of sightseeing. We took the hop on hop off boat tour as a good way to get around the city and spent a pleasant hour cruising down the canals to the Rijksmuseum - an amazing building which had a major facelift a few years ago. We were not allowed photos in here, but we both thought the museum was a great insight into the family's situation and provided a heap of reading material which we attempted to get through.
