    I have arrived safe and sound! Getting here was indeed an adventure, but hey that's what I asked for! I feel like there is so much to say already, so I'll try to break it down. The Journey: I arrived in LA and after much confusion I found my way to the international terminal.     ... yanked me into the ultra-posh place with her. It was crammed full of people, about 80% of whom were neighbors all dishing about the property and what they thought it might sell for. Minimum asking price: $2.4 million. Today I heard that the developer is hoping to get $2.8M at the auction in a couple of weeks (how properties are sold here).
