If your looking for pure relaxation and a total carefree holiday then Tobago is the place to visit
It has changed considerably from 7 years ago since my last visit. There are allot more shops, petrol stations and houses and there are now 2 new shopping malls. Not your usual size malls like those of the US or UK but you can still browse the few shops that are there. Its still a nice afternoon away from the beach.

The restaurant had been recently opened by a young Venezuelan chef and had already gained a reputation for his creative cuisine. Ted and I each had a tarragon shrimp hors d'oeuver, in which I thought the sauce over-powered the shrimp. We also had fresh grilled red snapper, and they were delicious.
