This was a basic but very clean and quiet hotel in a lovely residential area in Kirribilli. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed. It was close to bars, restaurants and the Milsons Point train station. There was a lovely little courtyard with a view over Neutral Bay. The service was minimal, but friendly. Awesome walk over the Sydney Harbour bridge to the Rocks. Thanks for the suggestion, Gebby (hotel manager). I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who wanted a reasonably priced room near the Sydney CBD.

Christmas is not as commercialized here so it has been an extreme challenge trying to find any. The only ones we saw were at the Opera House. We were going to catch the free public shuttle per Troy's suggestion. We head to the bus stop right at the hotel and wait for it, they are ...

... place we were sitting got repeatedly splashed as the waves came over. At first this was funny, because it was still hot and so we dried off nicely. The American guy was absolutely drenched by the time he left for work (he was acting as a good shield for us so we were disappointed to see him leave). As time went on, it got a bit irritating and so we casually started moving over into the space of our neighbours. About 7pm, the tide turned and the splashing stopped. ...

After lunch we carried on driving down the coast towards Manly, we stopped at Long Reef which was amazing, I walked up to the headland and sat up there for a while, there was the waves crashing into the rocks below, a golf course inland, kite surfing off one of the ...
