... weiter drüben noch ein Mutter-Kind Pärchen war. Hier kamen wir dann bis auf ca. 10m an die Wale ran und obwohl man ja immer nur ein bisschen was vom Wal sieht wenn er auftaucht, konnte man doch gut abschätzen, wie riesig sie sind. Das Walkalb war total cool. Es hat springen geübt und ist 3-4 mal filmreif ausm Wasser gesprungen. Dann hat mal nur die Nase rausgeguckt, dann lags aufm Rücken und hat mit den Flossen gewackelt, voll toll!

... Mary’s for dinner. I checked with the kids and they liked the arrangement from the other night so we have booked a kids’ and an adults’ table. Their choice, but it works famously for me and the other big people. Big snacks after swimming so we are going for dinner at 7. That gives us time for cocktails, sunset, another beautiful one, and showers so they don’t sit us off in the corner by ourselves.

... in ambience from what it used to offer. I had the whole fish, pescado entero, and Tricia had the garlic fish, both were outstanding. Caron had chicken fajitas which she also thought were great. They were the first fajitas that we have had since we arrived in Costa Rica that came with tortillas.
