... one of the not so good things that happened on the trip my two daughters and I were on one parasail one daughter is 21 the other seven we landed in the ocean and got drug a little bit under the water and the parasail came down into the water and we had to be rescued by another boat. Everyone was okay but shaken up and swallowed a bit of ocean water. I took a lot of pictures which I am happy I did on this trip and really enjoyed some family time before school started back ...

... this day and age of air travel. After some humble requests and a conversation with the supervisor, our bag fees were graciously waived for all 12 pieces ($250 worth)!! The flight was uneventful and we arrived at Santo Domingo international airport at 1:23 local time just as the daily thunder shower was soaking this little Caribbean island. Another lazy day at the pool. Entertained by a very drunk mother-daughter couple. Strolled to the beach and filled souvenir bottles for folks at work and collected some seashells. Oh yeah...and walked wayyyy down the beach to go topless. Really enjoyed the ocean waves and took some pictures. Finally enjoyed the best plantain chips and steak at the Seaside Grill. We spent some time packing up for the journey home ...
