We awoke early this morning so we got up and got on the road by 6:45 am. We left under cloudy skies with a drizzly rain that turned heavy off and on for the first three hours. In an attempt to avoid as many tolls as possible, we traveled out I-70 to I-68 into West Virginia passing Sideling Hill and Cheat Lake along the way.

Today was my last day in NOLA. it was time to turn around and go back home to pick up my life. Mirza and I went to breakfast at The Grill nola before I left. We told the waiter we were from Pittsburgh and he started singing, "Black and yellow, black and yellow!" From there, we went to the Lafayette Cemetery to try and find the statue of the weeping angel. It was pouring down rain and we were trudging through the cemetery in our ponchos. My flip flop kept ...

... the lady selling the beer had seen all day. Was her lucky day clearly.

Now there were all sorts walking around. Circus freaks a plenty. The clothing was interesting to say the least not to mention the tattoos and body piercings. It looked a pretty hard crowd and I was starting to wonder what I had got myself into.

I headed to the main stage and got a good spot just before Cheap Trick started. Next minute spider man came surfing through the crowd ...
