... bit lost and then eventually made it to our hotel that afternoon. It was right in the middle of the China town market. After getting up at 3am we were exhausted and a storm started outside, some of the loudest thunder I've ever heard. ... dress and variety of food. I found the food Sally's to be particularly interesting. It's place is just like the typical Taiwanese night market, but the quality of the food is just better. I found fresh made noodle with all the condiments, fresh tropical fruit stand selling mango to mangosteens. I even found a stand selling bean curd 豆花. ... re glad we visited such a different and diverse city that in some ways is so ahead of many other places in the world however parts of it just let it down for us (it seems silly but there are a lot of cracked pavements to trip on which isn't fun!) and this is why Kuala Lumpur is just ok. The food was great but as a place overall we could definitely take it or leave it. Onto Singapore where we are spending 5 days/4 nights before flying to Darwin down under!
